More than 80 Auto Lathe CNC & Escomatic Machines

Our manufacturing facility has a wide fleet of autolathe CNC machines from major brands such as Star, Tsugami, Takamaz, Citizen and Escomatic.

Deburring and Grinding Services

We have a range of tumbling machines for deburring processes and centerless grinding machines.

Class 100 and Class 10k Cleanroom facility

We have Class 100 (ISO 5) and Class 10k (ISO 7) to handle parts which require strict cleanliness.

Aqueous Cleaning Services

We are also able to provide cleaning services with our multiple Aqueous Cleaning machines which are connected to the cleanroom.

Metrology Equipment

We have a wide range of inspection equipment from Profile Projector, Smartscope, Vision Inspection Machine, Roughness Tester, Contracer, Roundness Tester, Humidity Chamber and Auto-Inspection Machines for accurate measurements.
